How do you take a voice mail on a office phone and transfer to PC?

The business I am working with has a standard phone system (not VOIP). We want to set up a phone so that customers can call in and record their testimonials. We then want to transfer those voice mails to the PC so we can edit the testimonials, make podcasts etc. My issue is, how to get the voice mail from the phone to the PC?
